You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any content on this website or access to this website.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order using this website you are making an offer to BBBed Linen Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted.

A contract between you and BBBed Linen Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and such acceptance has been processed and sent to you.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised as soon as your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices quoted on this website include VAT but exclude delivery charges. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate (Please see Delivery for further information)

If we are for any reason unable to fulfil your order after acceptance (whether through circumstances within our control or not) but before dispatch we will if practicable propose an alternative fulfilment of your order but if you do not accept our proposed alternative, we shall have the right to cancel your order and we will refund any payment already made.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days or receipt and receive a full refund of all charges provided the goods have not been removed from their packaging. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations on orders of bespoke products (ie those that have been produced in accordance with your specific requests)

RETURNS POLICY

You are entitled to return goods if they are FAULTY, DAMAGED or NON-COMPLIANT with the order (eg wrong quantity or wrong type of goods). Such goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt subject to accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above.

Goods should be returned in perfect condition (subject to any fault or damage when delivered to you). If goods are returned UNUSED, COMPLETE and WITHIN their original packaging, we shall exchange or provide a refund of the price of the goods at our/your option.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it appears to us that the goods have been used or washed.

BBBed Linen Ltd does not accept liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods , unless in the opinion of BBBed Linen Ltd the goods are faulty. Please take care to read the product care label on the item.

All goods that are exchanged for new goods will incur a new delivery charge unless they are deemed faulty by us in which case no delivery charge will be made.

Refunds for goods bought can only be made to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. When returning goods you are strongly advised to obtain proof of purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specifications of our goods are correct at the time of first posting on our website. While the colour reproduction of the products on our website should be a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

LAW AND TERRITORY

To the extent it is possible to exclude the application of other laws and regulations, these Terms and the use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This Website and our Terms have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this Website or the placing of any order through this Website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, the sale of any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you and may not be accepted or taken up by you.

SOURCING POLICY

We are aware (via media and civil society reports) of the risk of forced labour of Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) as well as other regions in China.These concerns are closely linked to the cotton industry in the region. We have issued a letter to all our suppliers forbidding the use of cotton from the Xingjiang region of China.
